They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
