As a young college student, I trusted her and her staff. 11 years later, I've found out that every root canal she insisted was an immediate need, has now been re-treated/pulled (and there were quite a few). Two of the root canals, my first two, the reason I'm now terrified of dentist, have abcessed, causing a cyst, and eroded into my sinus cavity. After my last family dentist appointment, I learned that I had a curved root that Dr. All assured me was "fixed" and upon recent x-ray, I learned that she only filled until the root curved and declared me "fixed". I visited our campus health center that evening (after the root canals) because I was so swollen and in pain and when I tried to reach her office I was left with an answering machine. I was prescribed narcotic pain meds, and antibiotics by the NP on campus.Since that time, I've struggled with sinus infections, pain, swelling, etc. Had I known ahead of time that it was not treated properly, I would have went elsewhere. Now, I'm dealing with bone loss, medical issues (the effect of the improperly treated teeth eroding into a sinus cavity) and I'm looking at over $10,000 in dental treatment. I would never visit her again.
