Our son was a patient at their Vernon Hills location. Complete waste of $5500. Over 3.5 years of treatment for our son's teeth that looked worse after the treatment than when we started. Prescribed a "permanent retainer" that broke three times (twice which he replaced without telling us, so we weren't even aware of the situation). They wanted another $900 to re-straighten his teeth. Had to pay another orthodontist to fix the botched job from this practice.You've been warned.
