Went to this dentist for a root canal and 2 crowns last year had them checked by a new dentist and the crowns clearly have open margins and the root canal material extends past the end of the tooth. I will lose these teeth due to the substandard care I was given. Definitely get a second opinion.

The staff is great. The only thing they could do better is to offer financial assistant for hardship cases. IM in a lot of pain and embarrassment due to a broken tooth. I have to hide my smile when I unconciously let one out. You never would imagine how bad teeth decrease your quality of life . I have Medicaid and they won't work with you on payments for what it doesn't cover.

This dentist pulled all my top teeth and fitted me for dentures over 4 yrs ago, from the beginning I have not been able to wear them, when I told the dentist this I was told my gums are still swollen, they are cheaply made compared to other dentures I have seen, then on top that my husband had 13 crowns and couple teeth pulled, he was in unbearable pain after a tooth pulling, I called and explain this and was informed that they could not see him, he went to another dentist that day and this dentist found that pieces of the tooth were left in the gum causing a server infection, because of this he refused to go back to that dentist, less than a year later all rods placed in the 13 crowns broke leaving half the rod hanging out of his gums, because at the time we were receiving public assistance we were unable to do anything about this. This dentist will promise you the best smile ever, but he forgets to mention how long it will last. He is a shoddy dentist out to make money at your expense. In my experience with him "I do not recommend this dentist. I forgot to mention, I have not had top teeth for over 4 yrs and unable to eat a lot food, my gums are often swollen from trying to eat. It is also embarrassing to smile or talk with no teeth let alone see people. Blue Spring Dentist should be made to live with no teeth to see how he had hurt the people he did crappy work on...

They are ALWAYS cancelling appointments the Day Of, which is really bad when you have to take off work to get there in the first place!
