It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

Dr. Carlstrom performed a major procedure on my teeth (4 tooth bridge) and never took X-rays. After I moved out of state, he began harassing me to have my old, outdated X-rays from a previous dentist sent to him so that he could file insurance for the couple of hundred the company would pay of the thousands it cost me. It seems my insurance company would not pay him the two-hundred without X-rays---Recently I received a collection letter from Carlstrom! Unbelievable! You do not neglect to take X-rays, then come back months later and demand that a old X-rays from another dentist because you neglected to take them.
