They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
