I have a heart condition and would need to see a doctor so. Humana made an appointment for me to visit him at the office in Oschner Kenner location on Layola Ave. I battled Friday afternoon out of town traffic and dragged my ten month old kid into the car with me. We made to the place around 4:00 PM but found the office around 4:10 PM. The receptionist went to check with Dr. Ramirez, who was not seeing anyone at the moment, and told us that he will not see us b/c I was late. A plea to the receptionist made her went in again but she informed us that we would not be seen because we were late. I went away praying that my heart will be ok through the weekend. I made an appointment with another doctor the following week.

The individual should not be in the health care system because of lack of compassion for a patient like me.
