The staff in this office is completely incompetent! The Dr. did not even check my blood pressure before or after surgery. After surgery he then told me I needed to see my primary doctor right away and have my blood tested because I could possibly have leukemia. (my lymph nodes were swollen). He said he wasn't sure what blood tests to even order. This is why he sent me to my primary doctor. My primary doctor said my blood pressure was so low that he was surprised I could even stand up without passing out. He thought the leukemia speculation was ridiculous, and he said besides my low blood pressure (which Coleman's office should have checked) I was fine. Later that night I was in excruciating pain from the surgery (a cyst was removed from my neck and a mole was cut off the bottom of my foot.) No pain medicine besides Aleve and Tylenol were prescribed. I broke out in hives all over my body from an allergic reaction to the antibiotic I was given. The next day I went back to Coleman's office for an emergency visit. The Dr. who performed the surgery could not see me, so his son did. The son had to call his dad to ask him what he should do. I waited patiently in the room while I could hear him on the phone with his dad debating what they should. Still not seeming too sure... he put me on another antibiotic for the swelling in my foot and gave me a shot for the hives. When I went back for a follow up, Coleman tested my blood. (even though originally he told me he did not even know what tests to order)
After I thought everything was finally said and done... I found out my insurance paid them after I had already paid them in full. The office also tried telling the biopsy lab where the mole and cyst were sent that I do not have insurance. The lab sent me a bill even though I have 2 insurances. I called to try and clear things up, but the only thing his office wanted to do was argue and blame my insurance. This office is sooo shady! 3 people with my insurance even said it seems the father and son filed under the same tax ID#. I'm so disgusted over this whole situation, and I would never recommend that anyone go to this office!

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
