My family moved to another state that has huge differences in cost and idea of needed procedures. After several attempts to get quality care at an affordable price I called Dr England's office. They looked over the Dr's notes and prices and were surprised. I made a trip to see family in the area and Dr England did a very thorough exam. He explained what I needed and what he believed was not needed. I was very relieved and glad to let him take over my care again, after years of being away. I plan a visit to him every time I'm in Illinois. I must say I have fillings he did decades ago that are still in great shape and a crown or two that are a decade old and doing great. I recommend him highly!

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I had a great experience going to Drs. England & Degrauwe today. I made a mistake and showed up for my appointment today when it was actually next week. They fit me in and didn't seem to mind. The dental hygienist didn't seem upset that she had to work extra hard to fit me in. I'm glad they took the time to see me this morning because I did take off work for the appointment. But, it was my mistake and I would have dealt with it if they couldn't get me in. I was just really glad they did.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
