foreign-trained psychiatrist with extremely discriminatory viewpoints; distracted and disorganized; incompetent in running his business; does not return phone calls; changes staff constantly; medical waiting room is filled with patients waiting untold hours for 10 minutes of totally distracted engagement; poor english and communication skills; does not refill prescriptions in timely manner causing harm to his patients.
