Love Love Love Dr. Ryan. However, my dental plan would not allow me to visit this office. Therefore, I continued to see Dr. Ryan because he is the best dentist I ever had. I struggled to pay my bill but I did pay it.

2 years later I am in between dental plans but need immediate attention for two fillings. I called the office on Monday, Oct 6, 2014 at 8:40 am. Well let me say the woman that answered was very rude to me. I explained my situation about being in between dental plans and I would have to wait for open enrollement. I wanted to get pricing for the fillings. First thing out of this woman's mouth was we had issues with you paying your bill. I replied, "Excuse me? I paid my bill and that was over two years ago." She relied with Well you are welcome here if you pay your bill. REALLY?? So unprofessional and degrading. I called back to talk to a manager and she would not put anyone else on the phone. Therefore, I hung up.

Dirty Shame. This is Dr. Ryan's first point of contact and if this is what you get when you call in then your business is going to suffer.
Needless to say I am very disappointed and disgusted to be treated as such.

Yes, they don't show favoritism

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene?
Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

The waiting room here is spacious. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. My 1st visit was to have a root canal done. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle so I was very nervous. Turned out it was not bad at all. Doctor Ryan knew I was nervous so even did a follow up call that evening to make sure I was not in a lot of pain. What a great guy!! They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste
