Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff, Sally especially, is the most friendly, welcoming staff member I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The office worked closely with us and other providers to make sure my daughters treatment was handled properly. I drive from Spokane to take my daughter here and it is definitely worth it!! To make matters even better my daughter is so comfortable with Dr. Ballard, he is great with kids. I have told everyone I know about this office and intend to bring my son here in two years.

Highly recommended! Dr. Ballard and his staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress, for both my daughter and I. All our questions were answered, and we feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It was well worth the 40 minute drive for us to have the best care.
