I came in with my service dog (for a family members appointment) and was told I needed to wait in the waiting area because it was a "sterile environment". I know the difference between a sterile environment, and a non-sterile environment. They would not allow people back there in street clothes, if it were a sterile environment. My service dog goes to my dentist appts. and those of my children, and never have I had this problem. Federal ADA law allows me to take my service dog into the dentist. I was very disgusted with their close minded behavior and unwillingness to listen to my explanations. I felt very ashamed and upset.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
