They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me, meaning the front desk lady, but I wouldn't let her ruin my awesome visit with the doctor and everyone else. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The visit was for my 10 year old son and he loved the doctor, his assistant and the lady running the hearing test. Just get past the older front desk lady and you will be totally impressed!
