I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Dr. Ottley is highly intelligent and on my first appointment I was in with her for two hours! She was so thorough and I always get the information I'm looking for and she is always up on the latest developments. I had been to quite a few doctors before being referred to her and I can tell you that you will not get this kind of care very many places. I would recommend her highly!

This doctor was very polite the first visit, but was very short tempered the second. She made me feel stupid for asking questions. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. They followed up with me after my appointment. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.
