Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No, they were very calm and understanding

Yes everything was neat and sterile

They were so kind and attentive to me, they always make sure I'm comfortable. The waiting room here always has plenty of seating.
I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at other places I've been when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
Although their prices were somewhat high, I've had to spend more at other places.
