Dr. Tokunaga is extremely unprofessional. She gossips constantly with her staff about her patients when they leave or are in the waiting area. She seems nice when you first see her but be aware that she will definitely have something negative about you to say. I will never go back to that dentist office ever again!

The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
