I was happy with this doctor's initial visit and diagnosis, but the shot routine was very difficult. I am so very dissatisfied with the service we received at the shot clinic. The nurses are very impersonal...rude, even. I forgot to give my daughter a Zyrtec a few times before her shot, and they sent me and four kids packing without treatment. It is a LOT of effort to haul 4 kids up there to come home without a shot! They even accused me of lying about giving my daughter a Zyrtec, which I would never do for the sake of her health. After an unresolved disagreement about whether or not my daughter needed to have a check up every three months, I got a letter in the mail saying that they would no longer care for my daughter. Lovely, considering the hundreds of dollars I have given them and the shots still owed! I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstances due to their inflexible, indifferent and icy patient care. It's really a shame because my daughter was feeling great, but I am being forced to take her care elsewhere.
