Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Staff were excellent, and did not mind when I wanted to see Dr. Trahan himself or Other staff person. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

This is not a provider that you want to get messed up with unless you are a very strong personality and have a very good family member available to help you. He and the two individuals in his office are not there to help the patient. Just take money! They are of no help to the family and do not wish to be so. Keep your children away from this man!

Dr. Trahan and his staff have always been tremendously helpful and fair in dealing with me. He uncovered a health problem that my internal medicine doc should have found. I would recommend him highly.
