AWESOME DENTIST! Very new equipment and very big offices in Lilburn! My kids loves the Tebo The Tooth characters and their videos on YouTube. Very original idea to make the Barney-like videos so my children feel more comfortable at the dentist, especially my youngest one who refused to go before. Thanks!

I really don't understand the negative review(s) at all. This company is AWESOME!!!! Dr. Thebaut and Tebo Dental Group are by far the most professional, high quality and caring dental practice I have ever been to!!! Dr. Vik is an awesomely nice dentist; he is so kind and considerate!!!! Dr. Thebaut was actually there himself when I had my visit in Tebo Family Dentistry Lilburn. Now as I understand it, Dr. T works mainly in Tebo Dentistry For Kids Lilburn (which is just above Tebo Family Dentistry Lilburn) - he specializes in Pediatric Dentistry. Such a cool person... SO DOWN TO EARTH! I have always felt intimidated (well.. a little!) when around doctors, not to mention dentists. I felt like I was at my family's business, so I see why they are proud of the fact that Tebo Dental Group is a FAMILY RUN BUSINESS! They also have this character named Tebo The Tooth whom, as I understand it, has his OWN YouTube Channel AND following! How cool is that?! They play the videos all throughout the office and I thought that was SUPER impressive. Dr. T said he wants the entire family to feel completely comfortable at the dentist and I can appreciate that: my little cousins will be coming here for sure! Tell everyone you know!

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

We had very bad experience with this dentist office by their unprofessional service, their high price and their dishonesty.

They gave my daughter an unwanted dentist who hurt my daughter badly and pulled one more tooth without giving us enough time to consider. For the next appointment, after they promised me to give us the dentist we made the appointment with, they sent the same unwanted dentist again right on the treatment. My daughter was scared and hurt very much.

This dentist office is the provider of my insurance plan and supposes to follow the insurance price. According to our plan, we need to pay $107.22 from our pocket for the whole treatment. However, they required $303.70. Even we were unhappy with their service and their high price, we still paid this amount in full right on the treatment dates.

However, two months after the treatment, we received a $208.40 bill from this office include overdue finance charges. It was unbelievable to us.

The office manager said they used expensive material which the insurance does not cover. But, they did not tell us before the treatment and it was not shown on the treatment plan.

My insurance company called them several times but they did not answer the phone or call back. When I told the office manager about my insurance company's calling, she said that she would call me back after checking with their office staffs. But instead of receiving her call, I received another bill with more financial changes and the threatening to send the bill to the collection action.

They also have some hiding fees which they only billed to me without letting my insurance know. Today, the office manager told me that my daughter received a treatment which was never mentioned before. When I ask her to claim to the insurance first, she just insists to let me pay it. This sounds very strange to me.

In summary, this dentist office is dishonest and provides unprofessional service. They charge unreasonable high price. As a provider they do not follow the insurance coverage (according to my insurance plan, I need to pay $107, but I have to pay this dentist office $512 from my pocket. Can you believe it?). They do not care about the patients. They only care about making more money for themselves. By choosing this dentist office, my daughter suffered much more, we paid much more and we got a lot of trouble.

My advice to other parents is: Do not take your children to this dentist office!
