They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The only problem is me. I don't always follow the instructions given, but they always treat me with respect and never make me out to be the biggest problem patient they have.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
