Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with and so are the doctors. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It really means a lot when you are nervous about dental work. I had an amazing experience, they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. And they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was told before hand exactly what I would have to pay so the day of my procedure there were no surprises. Best dental office in Douglas!

The staff at this office is nice and the office is easy to locate and easy to get an appointment. They told me I needed fillings and figured up the price by subtracting what my insurance company would cover. They then set up a EFT for 3 easy payments to cover my part. I thought that my part was kind of high but they never asked me any questions and they got the form signed and got me out of there. I then did some reasearch and realized that they scheduled me for the most expensive fillings they offer and my insurance company only covered 50% of those fillings where they would have covered 80% of the cheaper ones. It ended up being a difference of over $200 for my part. I let them know that I wanted the silver fillings and they were supposed to cancel the EFT for the 3 payments since now I could afford it in one. The EFT never got cancelled and now, 6 days after the 2nd payment was drafted, I am still waiting for a refund of the money they took from my account. So, frustrated. The office is nice but I would not recommend it to anyone unless you have plenty of money.
