I used this dentist because of insurance coverage. I am happy to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The care was professional and extremely adequate. The office was well managed and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will happily return for my next appointment.

I am a new patient here in Cleveland. I have had dental “phobia” for my entire life. I will tell you this was the most kind, gentle and caring staff and dentist I have ever had. They were professional but warm and caring. They listened to me and were fantastic about explaining everything that they were doing. I HIGHLY recommend them! I am no longer nervous about going to the dentist!

Dr. Kliewer and his staff were terrific. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and friendly when I made my appointment. The hygienist was comforting, friendly, and knowledgeable. The dentist was funny, laid back, and professional all at the same time. I am so thankful for this dentist office!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
