I was a new client, attempting to be seen for the second time, the staff is rude, no way to sugar coat anything, I had a billing issue from my first visit, I was told by there front desk staff that was my problem, and here a piece of paper on what we did on my first trip and you deal with the insurance company to get reimbursed yourself. My second issue was I had a broken to and was in a great deal of pain, I was trying to ask if either I could be seen that day or at least get meds, to get me thru the day until I could be seen. I was told no we are full and there are other denist that take care of my needs. I asked what would do with me in a emergengy "nothing" her exact words. I went home and called and asked to speak with the denist directly the front staff had me on hold for 20 mins before someone came back and said the denist is too busy to talk with you. I will never go back, I would highly suggest that you consider a different denist.
