Dishonest, Disreputable, Unethical. Bills for unnecessary procedures that she claims she performed, and she gets way with it all the time with unsuspecting patients.
(Scams and outright lies ; she knows how to game the system: Claims she performs procedures that it cannot be verified or known by other dentists whether she even did them or not.) She should not be allowed to have a license to practice.
