Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Not only did they not call me to remind me about my appointment, they forgot that I even had an appointment. When I showed up, they were very confused why I was there. I guess they forgot to write it down. All the equipment at this office is old and outdated. It looks seriously dangerous.

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
