Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was easy to find, although I thought I was pulling into a townhome complex I didn't have any trouble at all and I liked the covered parking. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never took personal calls during my appointment. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. The dentist was nice and spoke to my son about going off to college. The front desk staff were friendly and funny especially Jason.

I AGREE WORST DENTIST EVER! I spent 15,000 to finally get the smile I wanted, and 5,000 on 1 front tooth I had, and their dental tech Jackie broke it off when she was taking my temporary set off; I was getting a crown and she glued the tooth back on. Of course she said it wasn't true. I felt it with my tongue. There was no tooth there.

I never smiled growing up because I did not like the color of my teeth, they were yellow. I was asked what color did I want for my new teeth. I said white. The female dentist said oh but you have had this color for so long, don't you wan't to keep your teeth natural. I said no I wouldn't be here if I wanted my teeth to look the same.

So, The mold was made, Jackie came in with colors and said I had 2 options. The color I had or teeth that looked like chicklets. All I could think about was the movie Denis The Menis when George had the chicklets in his teeth. This may be funny to some people , but it it very painful to me. They not only took my money, they took my self esteem, my pride.

It didn't stop there, they proceeded to do a root canal on the front tooth Jackie broke for 1,000. Sent me to another surgeon for 2,000, and I still do not have a tooth.

SO, WHAT DO I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT FEATHER SOUND. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST DENTIST EVER!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! BEWARE!!!!

They advised that I need to have all my silver fillings drilled out and replaced with white fillings due to the metal. This was cost out of my pocket and money in theirs. Also performed root canal, they could not figure out how to fit my cap. After 5 fitting attempts they advised that they had to grind down my good teeth to get the crown to fit.....WTF!!!


They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.
