I think Dr. Patty may be the most caring dentist I've ever had. She remembers me by name, she remembers my past issues and she remembers my other health-related concerns as they play a part in my dental visits. She always asks about my husband, another patient of hers, when I visit. But what I really want people to know: I had seen a specialist and had an implant procedure completed and was next to see Dr. Patty for have the crown added. Before I could schedule an appointment with Dr. Patty, the implant cap came off and the specialist was on vacation. I called Dr Patty and she waited for me more than an hour after her office closed fix it for me. (It was a Thursday and her office is closed on Friday so I would have had to wait until Monday ) How many dentists or doctors do you know would do that?

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They lied to my insurance company and me, saying it would cost me a certain amount and the insurance company would cover the rest. After i paid my part, they are now trying to collect for what the insurance company said they would cover. Now my insurance company says they lied to them as well, trying to overcharge for the cleanings. The worst part is that after 6 appointments they STILL DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM TOOTH WHICH IS THE REASON WE START GOING ANYWAY.
