They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

When I called to make the appointment I told the person I had dentures & that I have an implant. I was told my cost would be $45, an appointment was made. Went to the appointment, x-ray was taken, then was told they don't work with implants as medicaid does not cover it, my medicaid # was given to the person during my 1st call. So it cost me $45 for an appointment to have an x-ray & be told I'd have to go to Shanes in Gainesville & they too may not be able to help me either. This was a complete waste of my time & money. The person should have told me they don't work with dentures & implants! when I 1st had contact with them & I specifically told her I had an implant to hold in my bottom plate.
