His office staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed unwilling to help me when I had simple questions and I had to press fairly hard to get a basic response from them regarding a follow-up appointment.
The exam room had chipping floors and it was a generally uncomfortable and impractical room for examining a child. There was even a photograph of medical students dissecting corpses on the wall, which may be historical but is entirely inappropriate for my young child to see.
I felt generally uncomfortable around Dr. VonHake and I will not be allowing him to perform any procedures on my son.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
