They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
