They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone and tell me if I need follow up sooner. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They remember me and make me feel important. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was nice.They make sure to treat all their patients equally. I felt I had her undiviided attention when she was examining me and telling me her findings.

They answered some of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't address any of my concerns. When I complained about the treatment by the receptionist I recieved a letter, handwritten from Dr. Brody, that patients "do not dictate" how her staff behave on the phone. Even if they could not grant my request civility and professionalism should have been afforded.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
