I almost hesitate to rate her services, since I do not want her to get too busy. Dr. Murchison performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I found her to be professional, friendly, efficient, and kind. After a bad experience with another eye surgeon, I am very happy to have found her.

Dr. Murchison and her staff are the best - very accommodating about schedules, very professional yet friendly. Dr. Murchison cares a tremendous amount about her patients and their needs. She treats the whole person, not just the condition. I saw her for cataract surgery following repair of a hole in my macula. She was just fantastic! Told me all the things to watch for, answered all my questions, and even called me back after I got my answer from her nurse. I won't see anyone else ever again.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
