Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I felt so much better about going into surgery after they answered all of my questions. I knew that I was under the care of an expert. I spent almost my entire day in their waiting room. It was very frustrating. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
