I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. All of these doctors are highly skilled and very nice. Dr O'Brien is our favorite and he is our main doctor. Hes bright,funny,great with kids, and great diagnostician.

My child absolutely loves Charles O'Brien, MD. The entire staff is so kid-friendly and this doctor has great bedside manner. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
