Didn't get far with this place, had an appointment for 9:30 am (the time they open). Arrived a little after 9:30 to see the doors locked and several other women with babies waiting outside on busy Western Ave, Thought that was a little strange as the staff was inside and unconcerned (apparently?). When 9:45 rolled around and we (and our newborn) were still breathing diesel fumes and listing to traffic noise, we decided it wasn't worth it and left. Tried to call but phone just automatically hung up each time. They may be great doctors and give great care, but first impressions count, and ours was this place is a bit of a sh@@hole.
