I definitely made progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm much better than I was before I started going. When I arrived for my appointment the doctor seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I love that doc is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. My appointments never get canceled.

Dr Schwarz is the best. Not only is he an excellent doctor but also friendly, flexible and accomodating to my busy schedule. He's very conveniently located close to the expressway, so very easy to get to. High quality, extremely well-educated, highly experienced expert and physician and patient-friendly!

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
