I absolutely love Dr. Gopal. He is very patient, thorough and has excellent listening skills. His staff is pleasant, as well. He is a very "popular" dr., so the wait might take awhile, but being in his care is worth it. I wouldn't trade him for anyone.

What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
