The office never get back with u and if u call them they make u hold of feel like u conveniently them. Waited for blood test results for Weeks and xray and ext. You never get to see the doctor its always her nurse practitioner. And he never knows anything . Told me once to go drink a lot of water and I well feel better the following week I went back and finally got to see Cantrell and was told I had high blood pressure and upper respiratory infection. Been going for years but now looking for another doctor. I can die waiting for them to call u back. As soon as u walk in the door they want money

I really loved my visit to this Doctors office. I received so much more care than what I expected for so much less. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and swift in their services. I couldn't have been to a better place other than here

Will not return calls and lied to me directly. I have never been treated like this by a Dr before in my life.

This is the worst Dr's office I have ever been too. The customer service is horrible and they only care about making sure they get paid. No patient care just greedy rude people. I would rather take my chances and not go to a Dr than go here. Save your money and frustration and either stay home or find someone else.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running mostly on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were somewhat easy to reach. They did not answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They did not show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else, though. The appearance was that the doctor was more interested in the fees charged than in meeting my stated needs. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. The office staff, and most of the nurses treat people with disdain and are very rude.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
