I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I think this man has Alzheimers as he forgets what he is doing during the exam!
