They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have been of Doctor Who Seehoffer and always found her staff very accommodating and very helpful. I have had no problems of any kind with this dentist or staff.

I was billed $ 1000 1-/2 years after my procedure. The work was shoddy and will require 2 root canals ($2000 to fix their work). They have threatened me with collections but they never seeked preauthorization by the insurance.AVOID THIS DENTIST. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. They didn't feel any cleaner at all. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.

Absolutely awful! Tried to peddle a cancer check, addtiional xrays, and a "periodontal cleaning", none of which covered by insurance. When I asked for just a cleaning, she refused. Couldn't even evaluate wheter a tooth was restorable. Sent me to a specialist (whom she misstated to be an orthodontist. The woman is a quack.
