They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
