My mother was given a polite greeting when we walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Not only do they never postpone her appointment, they always try to get her in as soon as possible. I love that she can always get an appointment right away, and she generally does not have to worry about them rescheduling it. She does not have to wait too long. They always remember her by name and greet her when she walks in the door, even if it's been months since her last appointment. They are thoughtful and responsive.
