His medical advice from one of his PA,s killed my mom. They performed unnecessary out patient surgery during flu season . Specifically February 1, 2018. My p87 year old momma died at 11:05 on February 3, 2018 from sepsis. The surgery could have waited until flu season was over. Other physicians have told me that out patient surgery at her age was totally unnecessary!

Dr vanacker is very friendly a great bedside manor and is vert thoural. Several yrs ago i had a lession come up on the inside of my mouth. When Dr. Vanacker first looked at it he knewnit was squeamish cell carcenoma. He cut the lession outmsent it off for pathology he was correct in his diagnosis. When I went back to get my path report he cut out a deeper and bigger circumference to make sure he had gotten it all because he said it was next to the salava gland. Dr. Vanacker has seen me every 6 months since that time. He gives me s very thoral exam checking me from head to toe even going thru my hair ect. I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I receive and highly recommend him.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
