The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
