Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

My 90 year-old grandfather went to see Doctor Kronholm, waited for an hour, and then had to leave because he could not stay comfortably any longer. The same situation occurred for his lifelong friend when he went to see Doctor Kronholm. Since when is it okay for patients to schedule an appointment and then serve an obligatory wait time to earn the right to see their doctor? This is not CARE.
