Dr. Owen was my Mom's doctor for a few years, up to the point that she missed the fact that my Mom had ovarian cancer. My Mom died on October 1, 2009. If Dr. Owen would have been paying attention to my Mom's care, she would still be here. Do not go to this doctor.
