Dr. Kern is smart, cheerful, compassionate, and is present to you when you are with her. Two MD's have told me they would choose her as their primary physician. I feel grateful to be one of her patients. I'm in good hands.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office was easy enough to find. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No. It took me several times to get through.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
