After having been to this dermatology office seven times in the past several months, I feel I am qualified to give an unbiased review.

My general feeling is a “good” doctor would diagnose your aliment correctly the first time, so you do not have to make frequent returns for more appointments ( i.e- because the problem was not solved). This, unfortunately, was the case here. After the seventh visit - I cancelled my next appointment and just drove the 2hrs to Boise, to see another doctor. I slowly just lost confidence in their opinions.

This is just pure speculation,……. but my personal theory is that dermatologists in general (esp. small town ones) do not want you to be a “one time visitor”. They want you to come back again and again, because it GENERATES MORE REVENUE!!

If you think about it- these doctors do not have to return money for being wrong. Being wrong for them actually creates more re-visits, and thus more $$$$$. Just some food for thought when you visit with these people. And by the way, be sure to get ALL your questions in during the 15 minutes allotted for each patient- because they will literally just stand up and say: “we’re done, see you next time” ; )
