Has used a no of patients bodies for medical experimentation. Foreign medical students use honorably discharged decorated veterans bodies for post doc surgery practice. When the grisly crime is completed they are dumped on the sidewalk in front of the hospital many dying soon after. You would be arrested 4 doing this to a feral animal. He uses these grisly gruesome sawups 4 bogus medical publications with his name on them. He then bills Medicare 4 these gruesome crimes. Much worse than Kevorkian. Still at large at Hawaii's death trap hospitals.

hoodlum, practices in bad faith. has commited a no of murders of patients in grisly gruesome knife attacks. millions of dollars stolen in false billing and upcoding. should receive a lifetime prison term at least. Much billing is done under wellcare owned by indian organized crime the patels. avoid at all costs.
